Logical and Intuitive Parts layout

The system is laid out according to the way you would normally process parts. What you see is what you get and there is a central screen that allows you to branch off seamlessly to manage all aspects of parts processing.

Search and Sort Standards

All lookup screens in PartsWizard are organised intelligently and are consistent in layout, look and feel with RegoWizard. However whilst you still have the opportunity to sort columns you also have a filter option at the top or each column. This helps identify franchise groups of parts easily and efficiently.

Intuitive Flow of Data Entry

As with RegoWizard, PartsWizard has been designed with the user in mind. Day to day processes are mirrored within PartsWizard. From one central screen most processes can be managed. You want to create an invoice, run an enquiry or order new parts in PartsWizard… all these processes and many more are at your fingertips.

Enquiry/Maintenance Highlights

Simple Part Enquiry and Maintenance Control – You need to be able to access all your parts information in a simple and efficient manner. A single screen provides the centre from where you can conduct your parts processing. From this screen there are a number of features to assist you in processing including: logical division of parts into franchise groups for a faster part search, down to buttons for Adding, Editing, Adjusting and easy creation of production packs and more. It’s all at hand and easy to use.

Multiple Enquiry Screen Tabs – We recognise you might do more than one enquiry at the same time so there are three ‘Enquiry’ tabs on the side of the window so you can simultaneously handle multiple part enquiries at the same time.

Editing a Part

has never been easier! All the part details appear when you edit a part. You also get easy access via other tabs on this window to that part’s ‘Movements’ and ‘History’. It’s very easy to access the information from this one screen!

SINGLE STEP Invoicing and Ordering

From the enquiry and maintenance screen you can avoid double keying by enquiring on a part and then simply select ‘Sell’, ‘Order’ or ‘Sell & Order’. This is a great feature as it allows you to not only sell a part based on an enquiry but at the same time generate an order to the supplier for the part if required.

Email and Fax Savvy

Having created an invoice or order or both you can also email these with ease. It looks professional and saves time and also speeds the process up as you don't have to manually process (send) the invoice and/or the order.

Client Integration

Clients in PartsWizard share the same client database as RegoWizard. In fact client management is totally transparent between all modules so if you have used the client ‘Add’ or ‘Edit’ facility in one of the module then you know how to use it in all modules.

Reporting in PartsWizard

Numerous stock and financial reports allow you to be in total control of your parts business. Further, a large number of these reports are context sensitive allowing you to drill for more specific part details and client information.

Backorder Receipting For Client Back Order

Should a part not in stock be invoiced, PartsWizard will notify you at the time of receipting that that part has been invoiced, but not supplied. This allows you to still invoice with the confidence of not missing the actual supply of a backordered part to a customer.

Simple Client Order Notification

Once a supplier order has been received you are only one click from creating client shipping/delivery receipt for delivery to the customer. PartsWizard matches supplier orders with client orders/invoices when the supplier order arrives leaving you without the hassle of hit and miss client supplying.

Simple Automated Stock Order Calculation

PartsWizard can automate the stock order process based on invoice and order history. This is a sophisticated behind the scenes Process designed to MINIMISE STOCK HOLDINGS FOREVER. On top of that it’s really intuitive and very simple to use!

Processing Errors are Easily Fixed

You should always judge a system on its ability to easily fix mistakes. PartsWizard allows you to edit open invoices and open orders with ease and along with that closed orders can be reversed with a click of a button. If you reversed the wrong order the reversal can also be ‘undone’ with a click of the mouse. Simple and painless compared to the process of manually journaling the change.

Serial Number Parts

PartsWizard has the facility to apply unique serial numbers to parts – able to be applied at time of supplier order receipting and further at other times. These are then tracked through the invoicing and shipping process with PartsWizard making client ordered serial numbered parts unavailable when ordered but not yet invoiced.

No Information Culling or Performance Degradation

There is no limit to invoice or order history information and all history is available in a number of places within PartsWizard, determined and presented according to user requirements at the time.

Deposits and Accounting Integration

If a client arrives selects a part or a number of parts and then wants to pay a deposit PartsWizard provides for this. Further, when receipting that deposit in RegoWizard the entry is available under that client’s name like any other deposit to be selected and deposited against. Accounting and PartsWizard Integration 2

Upon initial setup, control accounts in PartsWizard, selected from RegoWizard’s Chart of Accounts, are automatically used to form the behind the scenes journal entries. Any invoice posting automatically makes its way into the accounting system, at the same time correctly taking care of GST (both ‘Input Credits’ and ‘GST Collected’). A simple ledger enquiry will display all activity for a particular invoice or part.

Payments Integration

Multiple bank accounts (or a single one if you want) in RegoWizard can be used to pay all creditors for both ServiceWizard and PartsWizard. It’s seamless and easy to use.

Integration and ServiceWizard

Booking out parts to your service centre has never been easier! By identifying the part order as a ‘Repair Order’ PartsWizard knows its being used in a service department repair order. Invoicing for the client then automatically occurs as part of the service process. All background accounting is taken care of between all three modules.
