Yes this system has no batching. Its real time as are the reports generated.

Fully GST Compliant

RegoWizard manages all GST related transactions and for the different type of user, supplies TWO different GST reports both fully context sensitive. The first, formatted for the dealer to examine in detail all GST related transactions set out in a logical easy to read, easy to "drill down" format. The second report is in the exact format of the BAS so all you have to do is run the report and then fill the BAS form out. This report is also ‘drillable’ in that for each of the G1, G2 etc headings you can verify their make up.

Simple Payments Process

Payments have been broken up into logical groups to pay. You would pay your creditors, pay your staff, prompt pay those other bills like power and telephone, pay stamp duty and transfer fees, pay finance ‘Payouts’ and pay ‘floorplan’. Its as simple as selecting the payment type you want and then following an almost identical process for completing the payment.

Simple Addition of Reconditioning and Other Costs

These items are very easy to add through Creditor Cost Invoices. It’s a simple consistent process allowing one or more line items of a supplier invoice to be entered at the one time into the system.

Bank Deposits

Another very simple to use but powerful feature in the marrying up of debt to payment in RegoWizard. The deposit entry window shows you all outstanding deposits for that client and so it’s as easy as picking the debtor and them selecting the items the client is paying… Very easy to use and master…

Cheque, EFT and EFT Batch

Yes RegoWizard manages all manner of payment types! If you have bank software installed then RegoWizard can produce a standard bank file for upload to the bank. This again saves time if many payments need to be made.

Simple to use Bank Reconciliation Screen

The bank reconciliation screen is easy to master and it’s a breeze to use.

Chart of Accounts

Again, logically laid out with current balances showing, any account can be easily modified or added. Control accounts automatically reflect any changes made so as not to cause missed links. Making changes will not affect the automated journal system either, leaving you free to customise your chart to your hearts content.

Bulk Payments and Transfers

This is a really impressive feature that allows you to move amounts around the ledger without having to do journals. Things like ‘contra-ing’ of cars can be achieved simply and easily using this feature. If say a phone bill was incorrectly costed it can be very simply "bulk" moved and re-costed to a different account and or with a different client.
