Logically Grouped

Firstly all the reports are grouped under the reports menu heading (easy to find). A majority of the reports are found under one heading for easy location. From this central "Sales/Stock/Financial..." menu option grouped via the tab headings ‘Stock’, ‘Management’, ‘Profit’ and ‘Financial’. All reports are REAL TIME. All reports can be easily copied to excel or word.

Context Sensitive

Yes for a large number of reports there is the opportunity to simply click on part of the report to firstly expand the details of the reference and secondary to actually drill down on the report.

Profit VIA Individual Vehicle

A standard but very important feature - RegoWizard is structured to record profits VIA THE VEHICLE. You can therefore analyse you performance via the vehicle and this automatically gives you insight into the types of makes you are averaging best at. For example included is a profit summary report that can be grouped via make. Drill onto a make and you then have the profit via model and drill again and you have profit via vehicle and if you drill again you can even see the profit on the actual vehicle. It’s very transparent and easy to understand.

GST

Two reports... one aimed at the dealer and one aimed at the accountant. Both will result in significant peace of mind and cost savings forever. Once you have reconciled your bank account running these reports off at the end of the BAS period will correctly identify all items on the BAS statement, in effect, saving you significant bookkeeping costs at the end of each BAS period. THIS IS FOREVER.

Financial Reports

A full suite of financial real time reports will leave you in total control of the business. RegoWizard is a date based system so if you want details at a particular date it is as simple as selecting the date you want and simply running the report.

Report Sort Order

A majority of reports including the financial suite can also be grouped in a number of different ways eg by Rego#, Stock Number, External Stock Number, Make and model, Acquisition date or even length (Caravans).
