Stock records are entered logically and intuitively. Stock is classified via the type of entry and also vehicle classification. The stock entry screen ‘camelionizes’ automatically to supply the user with the correct entry fields for the type of vehicle.

Yes if the vehicle is less than 20 years old RegoWizard will assist to quickly and efficiently help with the description of the vehicle.

Automated Accounting in the Background

Once a vehicle is saved into the database as a ‘Used or ‘New’ vehicle it is automatically entered into the accounting system taking into account NOTIONAL GST INPUT CREDITS (if it’s from a private vendor). RegoWizard has full automated journals in the background to save you the pain of updating an accounting package.

Forms and Acquisition Paperwork

Details you enter into the stock entry screen will automatically form part of an internet upload to any or all internet vehicle sale sites of your choice. Loading photos is a breeze and the system automatically copies and resizes the photos optimising them for internet. You can also place a special advertising ‘comment’ for the internet as well... NO MORE REKEYING OF DETAILS FOR THE INTERNET.

REVS/VSR and RegoWizard
