Quote or Repair Order

Once a vehicle is entered or available, you have a choice of creating a ‘Quote’ or a ‘Repair Order’. A Quote can be transformed into a Repair order by adding the client invoice details. It's logical and matches your work flow process of ‘Order’ to ‘Repair Order’ to work done to invoicing. Simple and easy.


Editing

Full Quote and Repair Order editing so any changes you need to make can be made ‘on the fly’ to fully and correctly represent the work done and parts used.


Full Templating

It’s a fact that servicing is broken down into logical types of services. These normally consist of a standard form of service with a standard list of parts. In ServiceWizard you know the list of service activities and parts for these types of services and therefore can set them up in a template. Unlimited templates can be created and can also be logically ordered based on make and model. This saves a lot of time when creating a Repair Order for a standard service for a standard Make and Model.

…yes when you create your Repair Order using a template an internal order is automatically created within PartsWizard which becomes part of a report run off by the parts department. Totally integrated parts and service.


Full Time Labour Tracking

Labour time tracking is simple, accurate and intuitive to use. You ‘Clock’ onto a job and ‘Clock’ off a job with ease and it’s a ‘sinch’ to track who is working on what job and amount of time spent along with the cost units applied.


Job Barcoding

ServiceWizard is fully barcode capable for linking repair orders to staff to save you time. ‘Clock on’ and ‘Clock off’ with a barcode scanner makes this action fast and easy allowing you to swap between jobs with the minimum of fuss.


Multiple Mechanics on a single Repair Order


If two or more technicians are required to service the one vehicle ServiceWizard manages that with the associated tracking and costing.

ServiceWizard includes a fully configurable efficiency report so you can determine efficiency and productivity of staff and billing rates at a click of a button and for any period be it a week month or year.
