I have worked in the Vehicle industry for the past 5 Years using both the Reynolds & Reynolds and UBS software to manage my Dealership. When I started using Reynolds the first thing I noticed was how much time I spent accessing information through the old pre-windows interface. With Reynolds & Reynolds I had to know 4 digit codes just to access the software features. In addition to this we had continual downtime spent training staff complicated and unintuitive procedures.

I was lucky enough to start working on the UBS System which is intuitive, user friendly very much like MYOB. The financials, stock control, creditors, debtors, bank deposits and bank reconciliations are simple and straight forward.

I contract out now to other dealerships with the UBS system and have continually received a positive response from Managers and sales staff. I have trained a number of staff on this system and have found the quick results very pleasing. The above is a small window of my likes for UBS but I am willing to discuss any issues further via a phone call if required. I have been offered positions in top dealerships in Management with the Reynolds system in place and have said no to these opportunities. This just gives you an idea of how I feel about the UBS system. No matter what sort of position or monies offered I will never work with the Reynolds system again.

To Whom It May Concern: Our company has been using UBS Rego Wizard software since July 2003. It is a very easy system to use at all levels from providing comprehensive management reports to the inclusion of an accounting package that suits our internal office needs and provides our tax accountant with accurate financial reports. Of course all software packages are reliant on accurate data entry but unlike our previous software which allowed information to be changed only if we were prepared to risk "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" the features of Rego Wizard make it a breeze to work with. This system will automatically calculate vehicle stamp duty, make GST reporting easy and provides a simplified method to perform some accounting procedures that would normally be beyond the capabilities of most staff. Since July 2003 our business has experienced considerable growth but this has not compromised the ability of UBS to produce all necessary management and accounting reports as well as an easy to learn system that supports our sales staff with every imaginable document required to buy or sell a vehicle. The staff at UBS were particularly helpful whilst our staff were in the initial stages of learning the system and have continued to be an integral part of ongoing support to utilise the full potential of the system.
