What is On-Line Training?

On-Line Training is a new program from Ultimate Business Systems, which allows our clients to attend customised, One-on-One training sessions on Rego Wizard, Parts Wizard or Service Wizard.  These sessions are conducted by our experienced support and installations staff, with the convenience of you not having to travel anywhere, and all sessions are held using your own data.
This is a convenient, cost-effective way for your staff to receive tailor made training, enabling them to maximise their use of your computer system.

How Does It Work?
Once you have booked in a session with us, you will call our instructor at the specified time to attend your On-Line Training Session. You would connect us into your system via your VNC Connection, and we will instantly be able to see what you are doing on your desktop and train you over the phone.
We will train you step by step, on the topic of your choice. We can use real life examples and scenarios, and the best part is that it is using your own data!
You will be able to ask as many questions as you like, and if you feel more training is required for that particular topic, you can simply book in another session at your convenience.

What are the costs of On-Line Training?
On-Line Training will be charged out at a rate of $88 inc GST per hour and there must be a minimum of ONE HOUR purchased. At the commencement of the next hour, the trainer will advise you that you are beginning a new time unit and confirm that you wish to continue.

Is There On-Site Training Available?
Training On-Site is available, and is charged out at a rate of $110 inc GST per hour or $660 inc GST per full day. A minimum charge of four hours applies, and this includes travel expenses(Melbourne Metro & Brisbane Metro Only).
On-Site Training will also be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
